  • 3 stale French-type breads
  • 2 cups of milk tea
  • ½ can of condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup of oil
  • ½ cup of sugar 
  • Cinnamon powder to taste 

Method of preparation

  • First gather all the ingredients; 
  • Cut the bread into medium slices and set aside; 
  • In a bowl, mix the milk and condensed milk; 
  • Separate into another container, beat the eggs until you reach a homogeneous mixture; 
  • Place the slices of bread to soak in the milk mixture for about 1 minute; 
  • Pass the slices through a sieve or colander to remove excess liquid; 
  • Dip the slices in beaten eggs; 
  • Apply the oil to a frying pan, turn on the heat, wait for it to heat up and fry the bread. Let each side brown for about 2 minutes; 
  • Leave the French toast resting on a paper towel; 
  • In a deep container, mix the sugar and cinnamon; 
  • Finally, pass the French toast through the sugar and cinnamon mixture and they will be ready.

  • 1 chocolate chip weighing 500 grams
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 box of condensed milk
