Jade has enjoyed training since she was young and knows how to train. According to her personal trainer, Jade doesn't mess around when she goes to the gym.
“She likes intense training, sweating and being dry. She told me she needed to stay that way. We’ve been training together for a week, and she’s already trained on Monday, Tuesday, and is scheduled to train on Thursday and Friday. She’ll probably train every day she’s in Rio de Janeiro.”

“If you follow me here, you see that I train every day like crazy, I eat right. Please don’t say that my body is a procedure. I’m very good with everything, but this is not right. It invalidates all my effort, routine, focus,” she said.

There are at least 250 sit-ups per class. That's without counting the other exercises that work the abdominal muscles. And it's not just the exercise routine. According to the physical education professional, Jade has a balanced and well-regulated diet, which is essential for good performance in training and muscle definition, especially in the abdominal region.
“We train from Monday to Friday. We rarely skip training when we have to film all day”, “She responded very well to the training and, on top of all that, she already has a genetic predisposition to be thin and become more 'dry' naturally.” - Says Ricardo Lapa.
What is Jade's training like?
With Lapa, the actress takes classes that last at least 50 minutes: there are 4 sets of 3 exercises each, without rest.
“One day, we work on legs, abs and cardio. The next day, upper limbs, abs and cardio, which can be done on a treadmill, stairs or elliptical trainer,” he explains. “I preach that the training has to be intense, with high calorie expenditure. But what will make a person ‘dry’ is diet,” says the trainer.

Ricardo suggests a series for the whole body, but warns: caution and supervision from a good professional are required to perform it.
It's an advanced workout, so not everyone can do it. However, a beginner can do it, as long as they respect the number of repetitions. If you can't do 10, for example, and you do 2, that's fine. Recovery can take as long as you need.
