A fictional miniseries called Every Day the Same Night, which portrays the Kiss Nightclub tragedy, debuted on Netflix on January 25th of this year and is in first place on the platform.

All production was done by Brazilians who end up telling the whole story and the reason for the fatality, which ends up involving the fire. This fire that in January 2013 killed 242 young people in the city of Santa Maria, in Rio Grande do Sul. The launch and everything that happens in the miniseries is having a huge impact on social media.

The plot of Every Day the Same Night

Today we bring you the plot of this miniseries. Everything was designed to reconstruct the night of January 27, 2013.

On that day, the band Gurizada Fandangueira performed a show at Boate Kiss, one of the main concert venues in the city of Santa Maria, in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul. During the performance, the musical group used pyrotechnic effects that set fire to the covered ceiling. with sound insulation foam.

But the smoke from the flames released cyanide, a toxic gas that can be lethal if inhaled in large quantities, killing 242 people (235 during the accident) and leaving 636 injured.

Throughout the tragedy and after it, family and friends of the young people present at the party were looking for information about what was happening and their real story.

They wanted to know the reason for the delay about what happened and information about the dead and injured. All the city's mourning turns into a fight for justice. In the miniseries, the five episodes show the police investigation to find the suspects in the case.

They also present the personal pains of each of the victims' relatives, the recovery of the survivors and the trial of those involved in the fire.

Everyone is looking for justice and the real story of what caused the deaths of so many people. And they want the culprits to pay for all the irregularities and for everything they caused to so many people who were present there.

Many people to this day do not believe this tragedy that shook the heads of many people, including the relatives of the university students who were present at the nightclub.
