Finding ways to improve the quality of my sleep has become a priority for me, lately I've been having trouble switching off after the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

My quest for a restful night's sleep led me to explore several apps focused on improving the quality of my night's rest.

In this article, I will share my experience with three apps that transformed my nights: ShutEye®, SleepScore™, and Sleep++®, addressing how each could have alleviated the sleep challenges I faced.

Next I explored the SleepScore™, which uses non-contact sonar technology to monitor sleep patterns.

The scientific accuracy of this app would have been beneficial during those sleepless nights caused by anxiety about future projects.

3. Sleep++®: Optimizing Sleep with Apple Watch

Finally, I discovered the Sleep++®, an app that turns your Apple Watch into an advanced sleep tracker. Given how often I woke up feeling exhausted, even after supposedly getting enough sleep, Sleep++® would have been ideal for monitoring the quality of my sleep.

The ability to integrate sleep data into the iPhone's Health app and get a detailed summary of my night's sleep could have helped me identify and correct patterns that are detrimental to my rest.
