  • 3 eggs

Method of preparation

  • First gather all the ingredients; 
  • Cut the buns into medium slices and book; 
  • In a bowl, mix the milk and condensed milk; 
  • Separate into another container, beat the eggs until you reach a homogeneous mixture; 
  • Soak the bread slices in the milk mixture for about 1 minute; 
  • Pass the slices through a sieve or colander to remove excess liquid; 
  • Soak the slices in the beaten eggs; 
  • Apply the oil in a frying pan, turn on the fire, wait to heat up and fry the breads. Let it gold each side for about 2 minutes; 
  • Leave the french toasts resting on a paper towel; 
  • In a deep container, mix the sugar and cinnamon;
